Trash Butler Is Now Butler Plus.

Butler Plus, formerly Trash Butler, began as a Tampa-based valet trash company. Valet trash, also known as doorstep trash, provides convenient waste collection directly from residents’ doors. The company was founded by Nick Friedman and Omar Soliman, the entrepreneurs behind College HUNKS Hauling Junk, which they famously pitched on Shark Tank.

The concept was simple: bring a “butler” level of service to apartment waste management, creating cleaner communities and happier residents. Trash Butler grew into a national multifamily operation serving hundreds of thousands of units across multiple states.

Butler Plus is the next evolution of Trash Butler. The company has expanded beyond valet trash into a technology-supported multifamily services platform that includes pest control, pressure washing, sustainability and recycling, and porter services. The service offering has grown, but the commitment to cleaner communities, reliable execution, and accountable service remains the same.
