Where we came from.

Butler Plus began as Trash Butler — a Tampa-based doorstep valet trash service founded by Nick Friedman and Omar Soliman, the entrepreneurs behind College Hunks Hauling Junk (which they famously pitched on Shark Tank). The concept was simple: bring a “butler” level of service to apartment waste management, making communities cleaner and residents happier. The company grew into a national operation servicing hundreds of thousands of doors across multiple states, earning recognition as one of the top amenities in the multifamily industry.
