Butler Plus (formerly Trash Butler) has launched a newwebsite, butlerplus.com, marking the latest step in the company's rebrand froma doorstep trash service into a full-service multifamily operating partner.
After more than 13 years in doorstep trash and recycling,Butler Plus now offers pest control, pressure washing, portering, and bulkhauling, with more services on the way to meet the evolving needs ofmultifamily communities.
“Our property partners kept asking us to handle more,”said Butler Plus CEO Mike Schmitt. “There was a real need for multifamilyessential services under one roof. Instead of juggling five vendors, partnersnow have a single point of contact.”

The new site includes dedicated pages for each service, withdetails, FAQs, and an option to request a quote. Every service runs through thesame proprietary platform, giving partners unified reporting, digital tracking,and automated quality review through one account.
