But there are situations where that schedule doesn't line up with what the community needs: a unit that failed inspection during turnover, a move-out where the incoming resident asked for confirmation of a clean unit, an abandoned unit that needs addressed before the next scheduled visit.

One-time and move-out treatment handles those situations — single-unit service, scheduled on your timing, priced per unit.

Move-Out Preparation

Unit treated after a resident moves out and before the next occupant moves in — ensuring the unit is pest-free at turnover. Service documented in the Butler Plus platform and available to the property manager for incoming-resident communication.

Pre-Occupancy Confirmation

Single-unit treatment to confirm pest-free condition before a new resident moves in. Applied when the unit isn't on the current rotation cycle or when incoming-resident concerns justify pre-occupancy service.

Off-Schedule Situations

Any unit that needs treatment between scheduled rotations — abandoned units, inspection failures, specific complaint follow-ups that fall outside normal callback scope. Single work order, scheduled on your timeline.
