Termite Treatment

Termite damage is expensive. Treatment response shouldn't be slow.

Termite damage is expensive. Treatment response shouldn't be slow.

Targeted subterranean and drywood termite treatment following a confirmed Wood-Destroying Organism inspection. Product and method selected by species and extent of activity.

Termites cause more structural damage to multifamily buildings than any other pest — and most of it happens silently between inspections. When a Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection confirms activity, the response window matters.

Butler Plus provides targeted treatment following confirmed WDO findings: subterranean termite treatment using liquid or baiting systems, drywood termite treatment with localized applications (or fumigation for full-structure cases), and full service documentation captured in the Butler Plus platform.

Treatment Matched to Species and Activity

Subterranean termites (soil-dwelling, most common) treated with liquid applications or bait station systems. Drywood termites treated with localized chemical applications where activity is contained; full-structure fumigation when scope exceeds spot treatment. Product and method selected based on the WDO inspection findings.

Licensed Application

All termite treatments performed by applicators licensed under appropriate regulations. Products applied to label instructions. SDS documentation is maintained on every service vehicle and available to the property manager on request.

Documented Through the Platform

Every application logged digitally: unit or zone treated, date, product, EPA registration number, application rate, and applicator. Records are maintained per statutes and accessible to your team when you need them.
