Termite bait stations at multifamily properties should be inspected at least quarterly, four times per year. Many service agreements provide only one inspection annually because several leading bait products carry labels permitting annual servicing. The label sets the minimum a licensed company is allowed to do. It does not describe what a property under active termite pressure needs.
